After spending over 15 years in the corporate world, I realized something was missing. Like many white-collar professionals, I was working hard, climbing the ladder, and putting faith in a 401(k) that might—one day—fund my retirement. But there was no ownership, no generational wealth, and certainly no passive income being built along the way.

I knew there had to be a better path—one that didn’t rely solely on Wall Street or someone else’s timeline.

I’ve always been drawn to real estate. The ability to invest in something tangible. The idea of building equity while creating consistent cash flow. And most importantly, the opportunity to create a legacy for my family. So I took the leap.

I started One Earth Capital with a mission to build a portfolio of small to mid-size multifamily properties—starting in Idaho, a state I believe in for its growth and stability. Our strategy is simple: lead with our own capital, identify value-add and opportunistic deals, and deliver strong, consistent returns.

This company was born out of the desire to invest with purpose, create freedom through cash flow, and help others do the same—one property at a time.
